Dinny is a strategic problem-solver, creative thinker, and consensus builder. She is experienced in leading teams to create award-winning and highly effective integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. Brands including Kraft, Oscar Mayer, Ford, Citibank, Office Depot, Princess Cruises, and Northwestern Mutual.
When she left the big-brand-world to start her own business, she was Senior Partner, Group Management and Director of Training at J. Walter Thompson. Dinny founded NorthStar Strategies with two other partners in 2003. In the past 15 years, NorthStar has developed and implemented strategic business plans for commercial and government sectors, developed and implemented corporate and self-branding models for clients’ businesses, and successfully navigated the world of being, themselves, small business owners.
Knowledge at Noon is a series of one-hour workshops focused on topics impacting different aspects of business operations. The workshops are designed to be small group consultations at no cost to Chamber members.
