Contingent Executive Search Services

A contingent partnership allows us to get to know your company, hiring process and managers while you only pay a fee if we represent the person you hire.  We believe an exclusive partnership will develop naturally. You won’t need to work with anyone else once you experience our process and the quality of people we present.

  • Job requisition meeting to learn about the company, those involved in the hiring decision, the position and construct a search strategy based on who you need
  • Launch of confidential search campaign
  • Submission of matching candidates that includes resume, culture/soft skills match and full summary of our initial interview
  • Interview scheduling and process management
  • Salary negotiation and offer closing

Our Contingent Search Services average 20% of first year salary with discounts offered for preferred clients.

Retained Executive Search Services

A retained partnership agreement may be a better fit for high level or lengthy search processes.   This is structured to guarantee exclusivity and ensure all parties are dedicated to seeing the full process through.

Our Retained Search Services are charged at a flat rate per position level with the first third paid at project kick-off, the second third paid to begin the interview process and the remaining paid at placement.

  • Job requisition meeting with all parties involved in the hiring decision
  • Launch of full search campaign as a representative of your company
  • Personal response to all applicants on your behalf whether qualified or not, leaving the door open for your future review
  • Submission of matching candidates that includes resume, culture/soft skills match and full summary of our initial interview
  • Interview scheduling and process management
  • Salary negotiation and offer closing
